Please include the following information with each support request:

  • The version of Oclarity you are using. You can find the version in the about-window.
  • The version of Rational Rose you are using along with information about installed patches. To determine this information you have to open the 'Help'-menu in the main menu of Rational Rose and then select the menu item 'About Rational Rose…'.
  • The type (e.g. Windows 2000, Windows XP Home edition…), language (e.g. English or Thai) and version of the operating system you are using along with information about installed service packs.
  • An exact description of the error or problem you would like to have resolved.
  • Ideally, the Rational Rose-model (.mdl-file), either complete or reduced (as long as it exposes the problem or error you would like to be resolved).
