Please include the following information with each support request:

The version of Oclarity you are using.
You can find the version in the about-window.

The version of Rational Rose you are using along with information
about installed patches. To determine this information you have to open
the 'Help'-menu in the main menu of Rational Rose and then select
the menu item 'About Rational Rose…'.

The type (e.g. Windows 2000, Windows XP Home edition…), language (e.g.
English or Thai) and version of the operating system you are using along
with information about installed service packs.

An exact description of the error or problem you would like to have
resolved.

Ideally, the Rational Rose-model (.mdl-file), either complete
or reduced (as long as it exposes the problem or error you would like
to be resolved).
